How to edit a scanned document

It depends on what format you have saved the file as. It also depends on whether you want to edit the text or a picture in the file. If you saved it as a *.jpg or *.bmp or *.tif file then it is now a picture and can be edited in microsoft paint or any graphics editor. If your system saved it as a *.pdf file then you will need adobe writer and possibly additional software to convert from a *.pdf picture (scan) to extract the text data from it so that it can be edited, normally in 'Word'. Hope this answers your question.
